This immune boosting smoothie is my featured smoothie recipe for my immune boosting spices post here.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe yellow pear
- 1 ripe yellow kiwi
- 1 thumb-size piece of ginger
- 1/3 thumb-size piece of turmeric
- A few basil leaves
- 1 tsp. hemp-seeds
- Peel the ginger and turmeric then chop them roughly.
- Peel banana, pear and kiwi and chop them into suitable size for your blender.
- Transfer all chopped ingredients and basil leaves to your blender and give it a good blend until a very smooth texture smoothie is achieved. Top with hempseeds and enjoy.
